Vortex Plumbing Services provides flat-rate, scope-defined plumbing services exclusively for real estate transactions. Our work is designed to resolve inspection findings, prepare properties for sale, and complete lender- and buyer-required plumbing corrections efficiently and professionally.

We do not perform open-ended hourly work. Every service follows a defined scope, enforcement rules, and inspection-friendly documentation standards.

How Our Flat-Rate System Works

  • All services are flat-rate and scope-based (no hourly billing)

  • Work is limited to inspection-listed deficiencies unless otherwise approved

  • Repairs are categorized as Small, Medium, or Large for consistency and bundling

  • Re-quotes are required when concealed or non-standard conditions are discovered

Specialty & Non-Standard Plumbing (Re-Quote Required)

Certain items fall outside standard bundles and require written approval, including:

  • Pressure-assisted toilets require re-quote

  • Customer-supplied fixtures are install-only and carry no warranty
